S009 - cast / atrophy metaphor
The cast/atrophy metaphor is clear conceptually; the open question is how to stage it so it fits the visual storytelling. Because the cast has not appeared earlier, we want clarity on whether this should read as a metaphor insert, a callback we seed earlier, or a different image carrying the same meaning.
